Parent Voice
We pride ourselves on the strong relationships that we have with our parents and families. We hold parent questionnaires throughout the year to identify what is working well and what we can do to improve. Here is some of the amazing feedback that we had from our most recent questionnaire:
Togetherness
Small and friendly
Strong community and a strong identity.
Staff are amazing and supportive. They have a can do attitude and are always striving for better in the best interests of the children.
Fab events parents are invited to.
We've felt listened to, supported and like the school genuinely care for the children.
The support when you are concerned about something, going further for the children, kind, making it fun a and safe environment.
It feels like our child's wellbeing is important to the school and that's been so lovely. It feels very inclusive and like the school want to improve where they can. The PTA fundraising and efforts are brilliant and adds to the community feel.
Good behaviour
Celebrating successes and knowing children well.
It’s a small church school where I believe children are strongly recognised for their hard work. The fun day last week after Ofsted was lovely and I think more things like this are needed. My child seems very happy and settled at school and development has been great which is down to good teaching.
Strong curriculum and spacious grounds.
The teachers are engaging and work hard. There has been some good external visitors recently making learning more fun for the children.
Homework menus are much more engaging for the children. The year overview on class websites is helpful and organised and class pages are much clearer.
Fantastic school visitors providing talks and demonstrations
The community feel, a real personal feeling within the school. The underlying theme of love one another.
The PTA is a big strength and all work they do for the school.
My children are in the younger years, both of them have had such an excellent start at school
Parent’s are kept updated.
Strong values and good mix of new and experienced teachers.
