A new monthly bereavement drop-in group run by Bury Hospice has been launched at Radcliffe Library, meeting on the last Wednesday of each month between 5pm and 6.30pm.    It is an opportunity to get out and meet new people, giving participants the chance to share how they feel, helping to prevent isolation often felt after a bereavement and the chance to gain new friends.

The bereavement group is open to everyone.  There will be guest speakers invited to some of the sessions and you will have the opportunity to find out more about mindfulness and access to complimentary therapies.
