The Council webpage ‘Let’s Manage Tough Times’ has lots of information about support and advice to help people struggling with the cost of living.   For example, for families there is information on benefits, rent and council tax extra help, cold weather payments, warm spaces, free college or school travel passes, free education and childcare for 2 year olds, homelessness, water bills and extra support for families.
