Year 5 have been working hard on building their stamina during the cross country and endurance lessons. Exercising regularly helps to build your stamina, pushing yourself further each time. It's about mental stamina too - perseverance and resilience.
Year 5 have enjoyed the dance unit. They worked on using different elements to develop their routines. Thinking about the sequence of their moves, use of canon and unison, levels and thinking about different planes of movement on different axis.
