Take a look at some of the websites below to give you some hints and tips on small changes you can make to improve your lifestyle, health and well-being.
Mrs Owen is running a meditation group on Monday's in the Computer suite 12:30 - 1pm.
Bring along a pillow and blanket and come to learn the art of meditation.
" I feel so much calmer and relaxed." Year 6 child.
" That really chilled me out, I'm ready for the afternoon now." Year 3 child.
Learning to focus the mind on the present and to lose the pressures of things that have already happened are so important. Come along and learn how to breathe to calm the mind and be present and focussed.
