Science
Today we went into the classroom to find that all the tables and chairs had been flipped!
We discovered a letter from our monster friend which explained that he came into the school to hide from the rain. He asked us to help him by making an umbrella. We explored what made a good umbrella and which materials would be best for this.
This term we are learning all about our bodies and our senses.
We explored a range of fruit and vegetables, we categorised these items based on look, touch, sound, smell and taste. In groups, we chose a category and selected the food which matched, we then created our own sensory market stall.
Hearing
This week, we explored our hearing sense and discussed things which might impact our hearing.
