Listen Up!
As part of our new science topic (Listen Up!) Year 4 have worked in pairs to create their own form of communication. Using decorated cups and a long piece of string, the children experimented with what would happen if the string was pulled tighter or left to hang quite loose.

Local Living Things
Year 4 worked together in pairs or small groups to have a look around the playground to see which insects they could find. They were paying close attention to where they found the insects and their habitats, and also drawing what they looked like.
