Thursday. 21.01.2021 - Recap
We have learnt 7 new sounds since we have returned after Christmas so today is an opportunity to recap those plus the ones we learnt before Christmas. At School we flash card daily in order to remind us of them all. Below is a powerpoint with all the phase 5 sounds on. I have attached a powerpoint with all phase 3 sounds on just as an extra and for those who need it. (if you are unsure if that is your child then please email me)
I've added some videos that may help if needed. Please complete the challenge attached. For this challenge get the children to read the words on the sheet and time how long it takes them. Repeat in the afternoon and see if they can beat their time or make up some new words to repeat it with. You could practise writing them too by asking the children to write each word without looking.
