We explored the power of our senses in Science. We identified our five senses and then went outside to see if we could find things that triggered our senses.
We began by listing the things we could hear, see, feel, smell, touch and taste ( we promise we didn't eat the flowers or the grass!)
Then we did a breathing meditation and focused on what we could hear and feel. We realised that the more we focused the more we could hear and feel.
We decided to think about our lunch and what we had tasted...it was pizza today!
